ERR_MODULE_NOT_FOUND during Vitest/ESM resolution due to missing .js extension

Description: Module resolution for the wallet-svelte-component library fails when run in strict Node.js environments (like Vitest tests). This is due to a missing file extension on a relative internal import in the package's distribution.

Expected Outcome:
In case "npm run test" command works

We're Team Dev Engers participating in the Unstoppable Hackathon LNMIIT 2025, and we've fixed the Vitest ESM module resolution issue as part of our contribution.

Team Members:

This PR fixes both ERR_MODULE_NOT_FOUND and Svelte parsing errors by:

• Adding Svelte plugin to handle .svelte files
• Adding resolve.extensions for ESM resolution
• Adding ssr.noExternal for wallet-svelte-component

Test Results:

• ✅ Tests now run successfully (113 tests executed)
• ✅ 106 tests passed
• ✅ No module resolution errors
• ✅ No parse errors
