Suggested update for an improvement/refinement of the Android TV UI/UX.

I have been using Stremio for many years (on Android TV, mobile, desktop, and web). I have followed the design updates and I always thought that Stremio has a very beautiful design (I really love the icon/logo and the overall colors), but there are a few areas that I believe could be improved: the Discover tab, the Continue Watching section, and a small visual addition to posters in the UI (this last one is less necessary in my opinion, but it would still be very nice).

1. Discover Tab (Android TV)
   The Discover tab on Android TV feels the most outdated and is the one that, in my opinion, most needs a redesign. I think it should follow the same “selection-based” navigation method used on other platforms (web, mobile, Apple TV, etc.) instead of the current “scrolling” method (I don’t know the exact technical name).
   Using the same selection method as other platforms would make more sense, feel more modern, be more comfortable to use, look better visually, and could also avoid a bug I experienced related to horizontal scrolling.
2. Continue Watching
   This is more of a personal preference than a critical issue, but I think it would be great if the Continue Watching banners were horizontal instead of vertical. I would suggest applying this only to Continue Watching, to give this section a distinct visual identity and make it more pleasant and visually appealing.
   Additionally, a very innovative and interesting idea would be to make these horizontal banners “dynamic” for TV series:
   Instead of showing the series poster, show the poster/banner of the specific episode being watched.
   This would fit very well with the idea of “Continue Watching.”
   For movies, it should remain the standard movie poster (just in horizontal format).
   The current white progress bar showing watch progress should remain.
3. Subtle Poster Outline (All Sections)
   Finally, a small visual enhancement: both horizontal banners (Continue Watching) and vertical posters (other sections) could have a thin white outline with a small spacing around them. Not too thick — just subtle.
   In my opinion, this would look very modern and attractive, giving the UI a more polished and well-crafted feel. I don’t have an example image, but it could follow the visual style already used on other platforms like Apple TV and web/desktop.
