WhisperX link?

Does anyone have a download link for Whisper? I want to download it directly but the app only allows external downloads (.exe).

The download link in the Windows programme is broken and only generates an error.

I put the "Faster-Whisper-XXL" folder extracted from the .zip in the models folder (for Windows):
"C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\Subtitle Edit\Whisper\Purfview-Whisper-Faster_models"
and the program finds it there and proposes the model in its list.
But it doesn't help because it still wants to download it itself and won't generate anything if you reply that you don't want to because you already have.

I tried putting the path in
<WhisperPurfviewFasterWhisperLocation>
in "settings.xml" but it didn't help.
