Questions about DeepL auto translation and Whisper #8458

No, keep the DeepL url as is (it's a base url for API endpoint - see more here: https://developers.deepl.com/docs/api-reference/translate ) Whisper translate does it's own translating, but it's probably better to use DeepL. |

I see. Any chance you can maybe add "Translate using DeepL" to the "Audio to Text" box? If a user provides a DeepL API key, it will determine the input language from the "Choose language" and the output language to be English (or let user choose from a setting). And then after it finishes transcribing, it will automatically translate using DeepL API. This site could do it if I provide it the subtitle file and my API key: https://www.deepsubtitles.com/ But it would be a huge time-saver if it can automatically do this in SubtitleEdit after transcribing. Thank you. |

I have several questions if you don't mind.
In this Settings picture, the URL leads to 404 Not Found.
Should I change it to this page?
In the "Audio to text (Whisper)", there is a Translate to English checkbox. If I put my DeepL API key in the "Auto translate" settings in the first picture, will it use that to translate to English?
