BUG: Lagging of Up button , Resource Library card and 'learn' 'grow' transition

Is there an existing issue for this?

• I have searched the existing issues

What happened?

Issue found

• The Up button when clicked it takes some time and the starts to scroll upwards [lags]

• Cards of resource library also lags too much and disappear when out of view window and loads again take too much time and spoiling the user experience

• In the home content div where 'learn' and 'grow' is being displayed with transition it changes the line every time
