BUG: plot center only works accurately at 0 LT

BUG

'plot_center' keyword only works accurately for 0 LT when using any spatial plots
Values need to be shifted after input to get the value the user wants

Priority

• Minor - typo, incorrect naming, fails on specific uncommon situation
• Major - misrepresentation of data, failure in a common situation
• Urgent - failure in usage, large misrepresentation
