IF the data flow is configured to go through the site linux computer, IQ plots aren't generated. This is because the IQ plots are created on the site linux computer, but when the NAS is down, the antenna_iq files remain on the Borealis computer.
To fix this, IQ plots should be generated by the Borealis computer and saved to the NAS or the site linux computer. Then rsync'd home by the site linux computer.
