IQ plots occasionally failing to generate #55
Description
IQ plots occasionally fail to generate at all sites. At first glance, it appears the problem is due to permissions error, that seems to go away after several further attempts. When checking the files on the NAS, all files have the same permissions.
Draven added a 5 minute wait between restructuring IQ files and generating IQ plots - this seems to have fixed the problem. This solution should be improved upon and implenented in the repo.
