Enable importing external files into the project

## Summary

While it is possible to create new files under certain directories, it is not possible to import other static files such as images.

## Motivation

>How to add pics/other static files inside app/static/..?

> I can create new files for js/sol/css/html.. so I'm stuck at images and dir structures.
