The CSS for Dark Mode itself is actually done, it's just commented out right now. For the launch of the first beta, I wanted to focus on getting one color scheme right.

Beyond uncommenting and calling it a day, I think folks would appreciate a way to toggle separate of system appearance settings, which requires some JS and additional design.
