Update to latest Stencil #174

Description
This issue is to update Stencil dependency to the latest release, which should be either 0.15.2 or 0.16.0 if windows-support gets merged soon.
Context
- Prefer DynamicMemberLookup over KVC stencilproject/Stencil#342 for Linux support
- Windows Support stencilproject/Stencil#343 for Windows support
