Recognize and detect Rstudio and R when using R conda dependency manager

Follow up from #236 (comment)

We should check in the detect phase of the conda dependency manager for R that we have the BP_RENKU_FRONTENDS env variable set to 'rstudio'

Also we should check that the environment.yml include r-base otherwise rstudio will not work.
