Feature Description

As a User, When I am creating or updating an event, I should be able to update or specify recurrence options for the event.

Use Case

A user scheduling an event and wants it to repeat at intervals can now do so. This feature will enable users perform basic recurrence edits to an event

The scope of this change will be limited to:

• including an event frequency dropdown,
• enabling and removing recurrence for an event
