Filtering by types and roles in collection view shows correct but no items

From the Collection view, when you select Show or like biopax:DnaRegion, it shows the correct count, but it does not show any members. This is a problem with the search query.

Mostly fixed with the most recent update (#1040) but needs to be checked to make sure it's fully working
