Hi I hope you are all well I want to ask how can I draw a graph for Construct the particle-particle vertex in RPA and also the graph between Matsubara frequency and q in

Φd/m(iωn,q)=Ud/mχd/m(iωn,q)Ud/m
Γsinglet(iωn,q)=3Φm(iωn,q)−Φd(iωn,q)+12Ud+32Um
I mean I want to draw gamma_singlet and also want to draw a graph between iw_n and q.

Thank you for reaching out. Does your question pertains to a particular calculation performed using TRIQS/tprf?

If yes, could you please share details about the calculation in terms of python code and what problems you have with getting it running?

Dear @KhanNuman687,

As computed in the functions shown in the print screen of the documentation, the output of gamma_singlet is a Gf object. To access a Gf data, we can use the .data method so that gamma_singlet.data can be used to access all points in frequency, momentum and two-particle orbital space. Running gamma_singlet.data.shape will give you some intuition of the data structure.

The frequency and momentum points can be accessed by opening the frequency and momentum meshes:

# Obtaining mesh from Gamma
wmeshGamma, kmeshGamma = gamma_singlet.mesh[:]
# Frequencies
iwGamma = [iw.imag for iw in wmeshGamma]
# Getting k points from kmeshGamma
nkx = nky = 64; nkz = 1 # momentum dimensions
kpts = []
for i in range(nkx*nky*nkz):
    kpts.append( kmeshGamma[i].value )
kpts = np.array(kpts).reshape(nkx,nky,nkz,3)

With kpts and iwGamma you can make your favorite matplotlib plot.
