Zap arbitrary password requirements

Considering this service is for offline deployment, there's really no reason I should need a password whatsoever, never mind a minimum of 8 characters and other ineffective constraints. The account registration page should remove these password requirements

you will need password, if you work in group, and use network deployment, since you don't want everyone to mess with setting.

but i agree, it should be optional, for local/same computer only, should not be needed. eg. some option in config/commandline for passwordless deployment
