How the multiple PWM of a TF affect pagerank score

Hi Kai,

First of all, thank you so much to provide this program continuously.
It is a great opportunity to utilize Taiji to find novel TF candidates for my work.

During I ran Taiji, I found a single TF has multiple PWM in the meme file from the cisBP database.
I just wonder whether the number of PWM per TF can affect Pagerank score.
