Filter by burnable

It would be neat to be able to pick items by burn time

INPUT FROM chest WITH BURNTIME gt 0
OUTPUT TO fuel_buffer

not sure if there's an item tag for this, but would be neat to be able to somehow sort a chest by burntime

what else would it be neat to sort by?

INPUT FROM chest1
OUTPUT TO chest2 ORDER BY modid

this is the first thing I think of, but it doesn't actually mesh with how the things are implemented right now.

LET items BE INPUT FROM chest1 -- this creates a list of limitedinputslots
SORT items BY modid
OUTPUT TO chest2

this feels a bit more natural. SFM doesn't have variables yet though.

actually I was aiming more for the chest's content. Like, if any given slot in the chest has risen to 64 then it'd get moved to any furnace
