[Bug]: can't turn into a werewolf unless everyone on the server sleeps or you are the only person on

What happened?

when playing on servers every player is required to sleep in order to turn into a werewolf. being the only to sleep will reset the status but not turn the player

Werewolves specifically does not require the player to sleep though, given this exact scenario. Thus only laying in bed and standing up should suffice.

that does not work. it just cures Lycanthropy. hence the bug report
