Launcher breaks Steam Remote Play

Was already reported in the Discord but I'll just repost it here in case;

Currently, the launcher breaks Steam's Remote Play when you are playing REPENTOGON with the Launcher as people in the party receive the "Please Hold...Input is Temporarily Disabled While the Host is Busy " message.

This is due to adding REPENTOGON as a non-steam app breaking the steam overlay.
If you launch rgon by using the launch param method (much like what SMAPI does) the overlay and remote play together works perfectly fine.

Tempted of straight up closing this one, but Im just going to remove the should....theres probably SOME things we can do about it, like adding an in-launcher option to create the shortcut or some shit.
If anyone thinks it should be just closed, we can close it.
