Docker Socket Proxy Over TLS

Hello everyone,

I’ve been exploring the idea of extending this project to include TLS support, so that all communications with the Docker socket are end-to-end encrypted and secured, be the traffic coming from an application container or from local docker client.

To experiment with this, I created a open-source, companion project called SocketShield. This has been heavily tested on my homelab and other setups, and shows promising results. I’d also be open to any feedback on this.

If anyone is interested, I’d love to have collaborators and maintainers join me in building it further. I’d also greatly appreciate any feedback or support from @josep-tecnativa and @pedrobaeza.
