First extrusion of top surface not fuzzy

When preparing the script the first extrusion on the top surface is not fuzzy.
This is only a problem for long first extrusion, e.g. a 45° angled box.

I attached the box with a hole and the gcode corresponding to the problem with my fix for the hole applied and the original version. Both show the same behavior.
