[🐛]: Alkaline Dirt Paths Cannot Be Mattocked

Expected Behavior

The mattock works fine on the old dirt path blocks, so it would be expected for it to work on the new ones, too.

Actual Behavior

It don't do the tamping thing. I have only checked the alkaline dirt path, but I would assume the other new dirt paths don't work either.

Steps to Reproduce

Make an alkaline dirt path, try mattocking it. It don't do.
