Thank you for the suggestion and for your kind words about the work so far! I’ve been exploring ways to implement this feature while staying within the scope of JavaScript-only libraries. It’s a bit of a challenge without integrating non-JavaScript solutions, but I’ll continue looking into it and see what’s feasible. I appreciate your input—it’s definitely on my radar.

I'm very much not in position to help you on this, unhappily, as I'm working in PHP, but I seem to have found that link that suggest it's possible: https://www.npmjs.com/package/webp-converter
