Add Release not only tags #1736

What version(s) of WoW are you using?

What problem are you experiencing that led to you asking for this feature?
Currently I use more and more WowUp instead of others addon manager.
WowUp support github but only when there is release not tag (good practice as tag can be RC or Beta).
What solution would you like?
Just create release for tags. Pretty sure it can be automate throught github actions
Any alternatives you can think of?
