Scan is stuck #1740

What isn't working? What was supposed to happen?
For some reason always when I do a scan in summary mode it gehts stuck at 69% and when I do a scan replicate mode it gets stuck at 99% and wont continue even if I let my character sit at the scan for an hour or so.
Are you experiencing any lua errors
