Allow bank and warband buttons simultaneously, on opposite sides. #558

What problem are you experiencing that led to you asking for this feature?
I keep clicking the side tab buttons thinking I'll get the warband tabs because I got used to it. The bottom tabs for switching between Character and Warband view feels like one click too many and causes me to lose where I think I am in the bags.
What solution would you like?
Have always-visible tabs on the left side of the bank UI for character bank tabs, replacing the need for the bottom tabs entirely: Click on the left side and you see the different character bank tabs, click on the right side and you immediately display the corresponding warband bank tabs, removing the need to switch between the 2 modes, then select the tab you want.
Any alternatives you can think of?
The bank tab tabs attached to the bottom of the UI, replacing the "Character" and "Warband" tabs: One set is left-aligned, the other is right-aligned.
