Some gear items are red for no reason

What isn't working? What was supposed to happen?

I'm in Dornogal, some items are red for no reason, happens very often for a long time now. Did several mythic+ before, might be related. A Reload fix the issue.

Happened again randomly, no lua error, tooltip seems normal

Did you go through any content that scaled your level?

I did the horseman event, don't know if that's a scaling event but i do remember the issue happens more often on timewalking event week.
