Warband bank records get lost sometimes

What isn't working? What was supposed to happen?

Sometimes (roughly every few days), my Warband (account) bank records "get lost".

After opening the Warband bank, everything is back to normal. Here are two SV files:

• "accBankMissing" is from when I encountered the problem today
• "normal" is from after opening the Warband bank and reloading the UI

I know, this isn't much information I'm giving you here, but I have not seen a pattern when this happens.

One possibly important thing:

I play with two accounts, one main and one AH. Unlike the guild bank, the Warband bank cannot be accessed from two accounts, you get an error like "Warband bank is currently used by another character" or so when you try. The order of login determines which account can use the Warband bank.

At the time when I see the problem (on the main account), the Warband bank is definitely not claimed by my AH account, but I cannot exclude that it has been claimed for a short time by the other account somewhere in the last days (e.g. I accidentally logged in to my AH account first), and that this maybe triggers the data wipe (which it shouldn't). Just an idea…

(The SV files are both from my main account, as this is where I'm using the Warband bank.)

Yes, sometimes.

Only on the main account. The AH account has only one level 15 AH toon, which cannot and does not craft anything ;)

And 99% of the time the AH account has not access to the Warband bank (except when accidentally logging in first, as described above).

Ok. I've pushed a couple of fixes to the latest alphas (out shortly) that will hopefully resolve this issue.

Besides for crafting, the war band bank also has some reagents that may be used for the weekly prof quests (e.g. "Collect 10 Ironclaw Ore").

I was too curious and tried to force-reproduce the issue:

• Moving WB bank access back and forth between the accounts:
  • ✅ Cache persists while access is lost, and also afterwards with access regained.
• Crafting from WB bank:
  • ✅ Cache persists, also after logging out/in.
