Add Close Button

• Need to add a Close Button to the GUI
• Also add feature so if you Close GUI then CMD line will close with it and vice versa

Well being able to close the gui separate from the console is a feature in itself. I could give it a confirm box to ask if you wanted to close the server, or just add in a Close Everything type of button
