Should Server Auto Close and Save after Crash Dump?

Crash Dump is called right before an application has an Exception... Depending on the exception it might or might not crash it. Should we stop and save the server any time an exception happens? Because a bad programmer/dev could code a buggy plugin and it could cause the server to stop and start erratically.

It should ask if they want to create a dump when it happens, not every time an unhandled exception fires off, I just deleted my dump folder and it was almost 10 gigs from developing on it the past couple of weeks!!
