Why do we need this ?

The current navigation for top level entities using the header is confusing.

What is already there? What do you see now?

Headers with top level entities and side navigation within the top level entities.

What is missing? What do you want to see?

Using Side navigation for the entire documentation. This needs https://github.com/TheThingsIndustries/design/issues/235
