wispbyte it is (it's free but 1 server/account), but remember to startup with the py file and add scratchattach as the additional python package

you can use a vps, that costs money tho. it also used to be possible with replit but replit is completely overpriced these days

ALso, it appears the "Hosting a cloud server" feature is broken atm due to changes made to the BaseEventHandler class that aren't compatible with the implementation of the CloudServer class.
