Plugin name should be derivable from slug

Specifically, building should not fail if slug is known and name is not available. At the moment, if a source derivation does not have owner and repo attributes, slug must be manually passed. This however, still causes builds to fail even though technically enough information is provided in order to construct the final program derivation.
