App launches but does not show any data

open the app
Expected behavior
Data should show in the barchart and eventually the goals page

High impact, critical to fix - only one user reported this so far though

Only one user reported this so far. Thoughts are it's a permissions problem, have asked the user if it's requested permissions from them and also to try adding permissions manually if not.
