Webhooks with custom names dont work properly

Webhook messages sent with custom names appear using the last name and PFP used with the webhook instead of the one sent with the message. They also all group together even if the message used a different name. This makes things like webhook chat bridges useless as all of them appear as "MinecraftPlayer5" for example instead of the 5 players actively chatting.
