Example id_token has a vot value of "P2.C2.A1" -- but "A1" isn't defined

The intro text has tables explaining the meaning of P2 and C2, but I'm not seeing a definition for A1.

Thanks @jmandel . Not sure where A1 slipped in. I removed it. A is in the Vot spec meaning Assertion Presentation, but not using it. Should we add something for federation here?

Incidentally, I'm sort of riffing on the approach in this repo with https://github.com/microsoft-healthcare-madison/health-wallet-demo/blob/a3e0874fdf02dbc1af6645c48c0672eb04af66fc/src/fixtures/vc-payload.json#L22-L24 -- it's not quite compatible with what you're outlining, but I like the idea of having a valueset behind these...
