Rumble support for RetroArch on devices that have rumble.
Motivation (behind your idea)
My v90 was one of the early models that had the rumble motor removed, but still have all the components to support rumble. I managed to installed a rumble motor on my v90, which works fine on the old custom firmware for GBC Rumble games using "gambatte_sdl" standalone GB/GBC emulator. "gambatte_sd" also works fine with rumble on the current v2.0.0 Beta 2 custom firmware.
Would be nice to have rumble support within RetroArch for devices that have rumble, v90, PocketGo, Bittboy, etc... The only console/system that would benefit most for rumble would be Game Boy Color rumble supported games.

I was just about to open an issue about this, I hope it is possible to add rumble support to RetroArch, like you said, would be nice for some of the GBC games that support it.
