OIDC groups claims for access control

### Describe feature

I have an Authelia instance for SSO, I want to be able to restrict access based on groups.

This is partially related to #7250 where it is specific to user name not being validated.

### Additional Information

This feature will be beneficial for when multi user support is implemented as well.
