Description
After updating to Ubuntu 24.10, the ISO Clock feature has stopped working. This feature was previously functioning correctly. I did enjoy having my computer in ISO format, cos I am a nerd that way.

Steps to Reproduce
Update Ubuntu to version 24.10.
Attempt to use the ISO Clock feature.

Expected Behavior
The ISO Clock should display the correct time in the ISO format.

Actual Behavior
The ISO Clock does not work, and instead, the date is shown as Tue Feb 25 22:47 instead of 2025-02-25 22:47

Environment

Version Information
Previous Ubuntu version where the issue was not present: 24.04
Package versions of relevant software: I have no idea.
