Describe the Issue

Scrolling the ingredients between various different possibilities closes the recipe instead of scrolling properly.

To reproduce: Have at least one recipe that uses a tag for what items can be used in it. EG Farmer's Delight cabbage rolls. Have at least one of the possible options for each item available to the kitchen multiblock but NOT all possible options. Select the recipe in the kitchen table. Try to scroll to a specific option.

Expected behaviour: it scrolls if possible, does nothing if there's only one option, and either doesn't show unavailable options at all or has them visibly redded/greyed out. Recipe remains selected.

Actual behaviour: recipe closes as soon as it'd get to an item you don't have (enough of for that particular configuration of items to be valid).

Here's a screenshot of an ingredient set that causes this for cabbage rolls (made in cooking pot), kelp rolls (made in crafting table) and chicken soup (scroll the veggies or chicken).

Note that this can be very disruptive even if you have most of the possible ingredients, because if the next-in-the-list-if-you-had-EVERYTHING is something you don't have it closes even if the one after is valid.

It also doesn't automatically rotate the possibilities even if you have every option for every slot of the recipe.

Here's a screenshot of having every possible Dumpling ingredient. I can scroll manually all the way through - but if I don't scroll, it always remains on this default option.

interestingly the no-auto-rotate thing seems to be that all items are locked by default and instantly re-lock themselves if unlocked? i right-clicked a lot trying to unlock them, doesn't appear to have shown in the log but maybe there's a TRACE level like with SMAPI and it's there?
