We should track the amount of loops the player has gone through within a fall. Shogi-configured effects can then adjust their behavior based on that, e.g. starting damage after a certain amount of loops.
The default should also start doing damage after some loops, to avoid players getting softlocked in certain returnToLastGrounded situations.
