[Sable] Falling through floor in Sable sublevels upon revive

Describe the Issue

When a player that was downed on a Sable sublevel is revived, the player immediately falls through the floor.

I'll be looking into a fork + fix for this myself for my private server, will PR y'all if it ends up being best resolved on your side. Just opening this to track the issue.

I'm writing this a day after the fact so I don't currently have logs, but will fill this in when I get some.

My change on Sable side here seems to be largely mitigating this. I'm having troubles consistently reproducing the issue now on my Sable fork. Will test further.

Oh nevermind, I was able to reproduce by waiting longer before reviving. I think it might be a desync between the player's position while downed and the position of the sublevel they died on.
