Describe the Issue

when loading enderscape and waystones on the same instance, entering the end portal crashes the game and stops all ticking. you can never get to the end dimension and have to force quit the game to restart it

I don't think Waystones is the cause since all it's doing is add its own feature.

However, this did alert me that a previous fix regarding a different feature order cycle crash had accidentally been reverted on newer versions, which has now been re-fixed.

Additionally, the new version should now no longer try to modify Enderscape biomes at all, which might prevent the problem from triggering (although I really don't see why there would be a problem at all).
