When running together with the Smooth Scrolling Mod, the creative mode inventory behaves abnormally

Describe the Issue

When running together with the Smooth Scrolling Mod (https://github.com/SmajloSlovakian/Minecraft-Smooth-Scrolling), the item bar in creative mode behaves abnormally.
When the mouse pointer is moved to half of the screen, the creative mode inventory appears abnormal (as shown in the images).

I'm not entirely sure if this is solely caused by the Smooth Scrolling Mod, but the creative mode inventory of other mods that have been added in the image does not exhibit this issue.
I have individually tested that this issue still occurs when only the Waystones Mod, its required Pre-requisite mod(Balm and Shogi), and the Smooth Scrolling Mod are installed

Waystones does not do anything special with Creative Mode Tabs beyond just adding items to it the same way Vanilla or any other mod does. This issue is virtually impossible to be caused by Waystones and would most likely be caused by Smooth Scrolling Mod. Perhaps the number of items in the tab plays a role or something.
