[TT-16095] Bug: Tyk Operator chart does not honor tolerations

I want to configure tolerations for the Tyk operator and am unable to do so with the current Helm chart.
The Tyk operator chart values.yaml suggests that you can configure tolerations for the operator pods, but this value is not used anywhere in the operator templates.
All other Tyk Helm charts handle tolerations as expected.

You are correct. We've verified that the tolerations key exists in the values.yaml for the Tyk Operator chart, but it is not implemented in the pod spec of the associated templates. This prevents the operator from being scheduled on nodes with specific taints, which is a clear bug.

I have created a pr for this change in hopes that it will be merged relatively quickly. As stated above, it is a straightforward fix.
