I have the same situation for this video: https://www.youtube.com/live/paMPB7SmSNY (it will be available only until 02/14 eod).

YTDownloader, 1.14.2

I tried to download the same video with another downloader on Mac and succeeded, so it doesn't seem to be an issue with the video or YT iself.
