Verify Local Pathfinding runs correctly

Summary

Verify that Local Pathfinding actually runs in the current setup during production. Somehow Local Pathfinding ROS nodes didn't run in OWT4; they don't run on the Pi right now as well. This seems like a launching issue specific to Pathfinding.

What we want

• Confirm that Local Pathfinding can start successfully. This includes fixing the global launch (if necessary).
• Identify and document any setup, runtime, or dependency issues that prevent it from running.
• Make sure the steps to run Local Pathfinding are clear and reproducible.

Requirements

1. Verify Local Pathfinding execution

   • Run Local Pathfinding in the expected environment.
   • Confirm whether it starts without errors.
   • Check that required dependencies, configs, and paths are available.

2. Document the run process

   • Add or update documentation with the exact commands needed to run Local Pathfinding.
