[AnalyticalTable] In custom "edit-mode" having the possibility to re-render specific table row only

As per an older discussion where we were discussing the possibility to have editable cells inside of the AnalyticalTable component and you came out with this great stackblitz demo , which helped us a lot and we extended on it quite a lot, now we have two new use-cases where we need some kind of more granular control on row-level rendering (and re-rendering).

First use case -> Render two of the cells on the same row conditionally based on value in a third cell on the same row:

• Lets have a table with three columns - "Foo visibility chooser", "Foo 1" and "Foo 2".
• [row1, column1] cell (the Foo visibility chooser) is a drop-down component that has two options (foo1,foo2). The initial selection is "foo1".
• Desired outcome would be that the cell [row1,column2] is with visible editable value. At the same time, cell [row1,column3] is not rendered at all.
• When I change the drop-down to "foo2", then I want cell[row1,column2] to not be rendered anymore, and cell[row1,column3] to appear.
• All other rows should not be affected by re-rendering, since they are not concerned with what is happening on this first row.

Second use case -> Re-render table row after a PATCH & new GET requests:

• Lets have a table with three columns - "Complex Object Selector", "Object Title", "Object description".
• In "edit-mode" the cell [row1, column1] is of type MultiInput with a single token with some value, and besides the token, there is a button to open a Popover dialog for choosing from a rendered table another entry.
• When this new entry is selected and we click "OK" to close the popover modal, then we see in cell [row1,column1] how the value changed as expected, but cell [row1, column2] and cell [row1, column3] is still showing the data from the previous selection, because they dont know about this PATCH request that happened in cell [row1, column1].
• That is why I need to make a new GET request afterwards, and if there is a way to re-render only this row, with the right memoization, only the affected row with changed data from the GET request should re-render.

With the current approach from your example of having new entry to each column "Cell:EditableCell", I cant wrap my head around how to extract each Row in a new EditableRow component and then pass them to the AnalyticalTable, so that after PATCH and new GET requests get triggered (where needed), to not need to re-render the whole table, which is not a good UX as you can imagine, but might be a possible workaround at the moment.

Of course, I dont expect a whole working example, since all of this is getting more complex in an already stepping outside of AnalyticalTable baked in functionality, but I will really appreciate any ideas from your side if you have any.
