.apk hosting

Does the web group have a way of hosting the mobile app? Ideally the users will be able to download the app from our website.

I can send a dummy .apk for now if needed, our final version won't be done until tomorrow afternoon. It should be in the range of 17mb.

Yeah, we can do that. Instead of using a dummy .apk, I'll just put a dummy
link up for now that does nothing when you click it. When you're ready,
send me the file and I'll make the link live.
